How we use your information

  • manage your account, bookings, memberships and payments

  • deliver Pilates and fitness services safely, including tailoring options for injuries or health conditions

Marketing

We will only send you marketing messages where you have consented or where the law otherwise allows. Every marketing email or text will include a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us.

Photography and images

For the privacy and safety of our community, photographing or recording instructors or other clients in the studio is not permitted without their express consent.

From time to time, we may take photos or videos in the studio for our website, social media and marketing. We will ask for your consent before using an image in which you can be identified. If you would prefer not to appear in any studio photos or videos, please let us know at any time, and you can ask us to remove an image of you that we have published.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. Information is stored securely with our service providers. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete or de-identify it.
